SMS Messaging: On the checkout page there is an option to allow SMS messaging to the number you provide that is checked by default to update you on order status and important messages related to your orders fulfillment.

We use SMS messaging strictly to give order updates related to your order. On every message there will be an option to “Stop” messages going forward. You will receive an email confirming your order But after the order status is changes to complete you will receive a SMS message. Additionally when the order is picked up and out for delivery. Additionally there might be messages related to a deliver issue or other important order updates. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message & data rates may apply. Regardless of the phones capability to receive SMS messages no phone numbers will be use for any purpose other than order updates and no phone numbers or data will be given to any third party. Traditionally an order will receive 3 – 4 SMS text messages.

  • Directly from You: When you register as a Vendor, make a purchase as a Customer, submit feedback, or contact us.

  • From Third Parties: From payment processors Stripe to facilitate transactions or from analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand Platform usage.

  • Process Customer orders and Vendor payments, issued weekly for completed transactions.
  • Provide weekly reports to Vendors containing all Customer reviews and suggestions.
  • Improve the Platform’s functionality, user experience, and marketing efforts.

  • Comply with legal obligations, such as tax reporting or responding to law enforcement requests.

  • With Vendors: Customer names, shipping addresses, and order details are shared with Vendors to fulfill orders. Customer feedback is shared weekly with the respective Vendor.
